Hans Kapur Named Webmation’s Chief Operating Officer

New COO brings extensive technology management experience to the Webmation team

Germantown, MD (October 1, 2003) Mr. Hans Kapur hired as Webmation's Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Kapur is highly experienced in the technology industry and brings over twelve years of experience in project management, product development and systems and financial consulting. Mr. Kapur most recently served as Director of International Product Development at eCommerce Industries, Inc., a leading technology services and consulting firm. In that capacity, he directed the strategy, requirements analysis, development, testing and implementation efforts for all international product development.

Before joining eCommerce Industries, Mr. Kapur served as a Project Manager with Marriott International's Internet Technology group where he was responsible for Internet product development. Prior to Marriott, Mr. Kapur worked at Price Waterhouse LLP in the technology-consulting arena, participating in the design and implementation of several large scale federal systems for agencies such as the House of Representatives, the United States Custom Services and the Federal Reserve Bank.

Mr. Kapur holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Information Systems and a B.S. in Accounting, both from the University of Maryland. Mr. Kapur is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Mr. Kapur will begin as COO effective January 1, 2004.
