What about people who can't read HTML e-mail?
No problem. Webmation E-mailer has proprietary "sniffer" technology---when
you send a Webmation E-mailer to somebody, Webmation E-mailer automatically detects
what kind of computer system the person is using and delivers the highest quality,
perfectly formatted message that the person can read. If a person can't read
HTML, they receive a great looking "plain-text" message. And, if you
would like, you can always over-ride the sniffer and just deliver a person "plain-text" message
even though the person may very well be able to read HTML (they just happen to
not want to).

How does it work? Can I upload my own HTML?
Webmation E-mailer is a fast and powerful system that allows you to BUILD,
SEND and TRACK HTML e-mails. Webmation E-mailer provides all of the tools---you
just type in your message! To build your first Webmation E-mailer: Take
a test drive to set-up your account and login!
At the "manage template" screen, simply choose a template and click
one button to upload your banner! Then, use the templates to BUILD your Webmation
E-mailer.
EXPERTS ONLY: If you like programming and would prefer to use your own HTML
code for your Webmation E-mailer, it easy to do. After you have completed your
HTML, by clicking just one button on Webmation E-mailer, all of your HTML is
uploaded! So, you have a choice, you can use our user-friendly templates to
create HTML or upload your own! You can even create and store your own custom
HTML templates on our system!

How do I use templates?
Just pick a template and then type (or "cut and paste") your message.
To include graphics or images, just use the "drop-down" menu to tell
us where to find the graphics or images on your hard drive and we will upload
them to the template for you!. Our templates are a super easy feature to use!

In addition to graphics and images, can I upload songs
and movies?
Yes. You can upload almost any type of media that you will find on web pages
(banners, logos, animated graphics, images, songs, audio files, flash files,
etc.). If you are interested in providing "streaming media," Webmation
E-mailer can handle that too!

How big should my banners, graphics and images be?
As far as pixels are concerned, your banner should be no wider than 600 pixels
wide and no taller than 100 pixels; your graphics and images should generally
be no wider than 150 pixels. All of your banners, graphics and images should
be .jpg or .gif format and should be no larger than 110k.

If I'm sending HTML, do I also need to format a
text version?
Webmation E-mailer does this for you! When you create your e-mail with our
templates, Text (and AOL) versions are automatically generated for you. When
the e-mail reaches your customer's inbox, the appropriate format is then delivered
to them.

SEND a Webmation E-mailer
Can I upload my mailing list?
Yes. You can upload your mailing list. Webmation E-mailer has a mailing list "import" function
that allows you to upload a list from Excel, Outlook, Act! or any other database
program---once your list is in a "tab-delimited text file," Webmation
E-mailer will import it for you. Webmation E-mailer's import speed is over
1,000 names per second (so, to import 25,000 names would take less than 25
seconds).

Can I have separate mailing lists?
Yes. You can have as many mailing lists as you would like. From your "master
contacts list" you can also easily add (or remove) people from one or
more of your mailing lists at any time.

Does Webmation E-mailer "filter" for
duplicate addresses and invalid addresses?
Yes. Webmation E-mailer purges all duplicate e-mail addresses from your list
(so the same e-mail address won't get more than one message) and advises you
of invalid addresses (so you can delete the address or try to fix it). Webmation
E-mailer also automatically adds people to your list who have subscribed and
removes those who have unsubscribed---the whole list management process is
automated for you!

Where is my e-mail list stored?
Your e-mail list is stored in a military-level encrypted database that resides
on highly secure servers in a 24/7/365 protected environment. Our physical

How do I actually send the message?
After you have built your message and previewed it (to make sure it looks perfect)
you are ready to send some test messages (to yourself and maybe a few other
people on your team). Simply type in their e-mail address and press send. When
you are ready to send the message to everybody on your mailing list, just click "broadcast."

What kind of tracking is available?
With Webmation E-mailer's Campaign Tracking, you have "real-time" access
to reports and charts! You can see exactly who read your message and how many
times they clicked through to your website---the reports show which people unsubscribed
and which, if any, e-mails "bounced." In addition to the detailed reports,
summary reports (with colorful charts) are available in "real-time" as
well.

To unsubscribe, all a member needs to do is to scroll to the bottom of the e-mail
and click the "unsubscribe" link. They will tagged as having "unsubscribed" in
